complicated conditions of your projects realization is the presence of
resources. Our task is to find these resources, to ensure you with necessary information, to select Russian and foreign partners, to inform wide public, scientific, business circles about your problems and successes. The branched
connections, powerful scientific and business potential, international authority,
professional experience and scope of ICALL staff, members and
partners are open a new great opportunities for all our members. We unite
private, state, nonprofit organizations, scientists and artists, philanthropists, businessmen, teachers, solving the most urgent and socially significant problems.

ICALL members have the following additional

Application for a Grant during the year;

grant programs and other events on the member's profile;
- free Web-page creation and
placement on ICALL sites;
- free advertisement on ICALL sites and electronic news
list;
- privileged instruction and
training of specialists (50% off);
- aid in retrieval of information, informational exchange and interaction with all members and partners;
- constant consulting support on
member's projects
ICALL membership is attractive for all sectors and opens a number of additional
opportunities and prospects. Your member fee will get us the
opportunity to widely distribute socially sound information, to
contribute to democracy, public awareness and social progress. Becoming
ICALL member the organization, company or private individual supports with their payments the development of
charity and realization of a number of specific socially sound projects and programs.
NGOs and NPOs obtain the possibility of rapid and qualified writing of
funding proposals and instructions of their own fundraisers in the process of this work. Commercial organizations obtain
a great opportunity for increasing their image, advertisement, advantageous investment in
new business development, decrease in taxes, and etc. State organizations, among other, obtain additional
opportunity to realize their socially oriented tasks, using ICALL
resources.
We select organizations, companies and private individuals, that have a good reputation and actively
work for social progress, for ICALL membership. Such selection
provides ICALL good name for donors and partners. We pay the main
attention to our members' projects creating a high reputation of
these projects at all levels.
We attentively study membership
applications, and in a case of qualifying our selection criteria we
will be glad to see you among ICALL members.

ICALL membership
ICALL membership is opened for citizens and
organizations (commercial and nonprofit), who share our goals and
pay membership fee. For compensating the expenditures on search for financing and the advance of projects, production and services, and also fulfillment those of others
works necessary for member, entrance fee is introduced in terms of money, however, understanding the complexity of situation
in Russia and some other countries and taking into account the great
social impact of some activities, we take entrance fees in another form, including equipment, materials,
services, information. Membership fees are used exclusively for solution of
specific problems, set by ICALL members.
Money equivalent of entrance
fee is determined by status of the applicant and comprises: for private
individuals USD 50; for the nonprofit and state organizations USD 150; for
commercial organizations USD 200. The entrance fee provides
membership for 1 year. For the 2nd and following years ICALL members
also pay yearly membership fee. These fees are prayed in the course of the month (April) after the annual
ICALL meeting and report in a volume of 50% of the entrance fee.
Unmotivated nonpayment of membership fees serves as a base for
membership elimination.

How we spent membership fees
Entrance and yearly membership payments are
used for: realization of fundraising for ICALL members' projects,
providing members with necessary information, search for Russian and foreign partners, advertisement and
promotion of projects, consultations, solution of those or others
tasks set by specific member, ICALL news list issuing. Additional
assistance can be introduced as donations to specific projects /
actions in the form of targeted contributions, grant distributing
programme orders, general support, and also in a form of investments or special contributions (including
ones by agreement or contract).

How to join
Please fill in and sent us the Application. The
decision about your membership without the entrance payment starts only in the presence of
an obvious need under the condition of technical capability to work on
your projects and with the agreement of all ICALL members.
After examination of your
Application and making of a positive decision we will inform you about further actions. The payment of entrance
fee is necessary only after making of a positive decision about
your membership.

As well as you should attach a brief outline of at least one project
(for fundraising or cooperative realization in a case of your ICALL
membership)

ICALL members rights and responsibility
ICALL members have the right of:
taking part in ICALL management; receive information about ICALL
activity; leave ICALL at any time; to pass equipment and other
material objects to ICALL ownership; get back their material
objects (with the exception of membership fees) or its price
when leave ICALL. ICALL members have the right of priority review of
their applications and other services using acting discounts.
ICALL members should: take part in
ICALL activity; provide membership fees in time; provide information
necessary for ICALL activity problems solution; promote ICALL
activities. ICALL members who does not follow their responsibilities
systematically or does not follow their responsibilities with
necessary quality, or break their obligations, as well as makes
barriers for normal ICALL activity by their actions or by their
inactivity, or who compromised ICALL activity, can be removed from
ICALL members.
